Tia and Katie swum their last races this morning to finish the meet in Winnipeg. Tia posted a seasonal best of 2:13.69 in the 200 Free placing 35th, while Katie clcoked a 2:29.21, her first time under 2:30 and good for 30th spot.

Over the four days the girls accumulated 8 best times and 4 club records in their 6 swims. They both learned valuable expierence of swimming at a whole new level, and are looking forward to coming home to share the experience with the team!

Tonight the girls will be back at the pool for a workout and to cheer on the rest of our region in finals. Back on the plane tomorrow.
