The Kelowna AquaJets Swim Club

The Jets have strong history of producing fast swimmers and confident young men and women within the community. Right now, the club is a growing program of 170 competitive swimmers aged 5 to 18 competiting at a Regional level to a National level. The club is based out of two world class facilities, in the city of Kelowna. The club prides itself on hiring nationally certified coaches to operate the day to day swim programming at the H2O Fitness and Adventure Center as well as the Rutland YMCA. The club runs year round, with its annueal registration in September, and most of its programming finishing at the end of June.

Every year, the club hosts 3 annual competitions, which are a great chance for the swimmers to compete locally, as well as for the club to bring in revenue to help keep monthly dues to a minimum.

The Jets offer 4 groups to swim in, depending on the age, development, and skills of the individual. New swimmers in the club need to be assessed before they are placed into a group.
